• March’s Madness. In the form of art. Made by my kids.

In true Made With Lev form, this month’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR project features art made by my kids. It’s beautiful and unexpected and altogether one of my favorite ways to upcycle their art and show it off for the entire world to see. I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous about this month’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR launch since I’ve been knee deep in a creative rut for the past month. After talking to my mama and thinking through what I had the creative energy to actually do, I decided it would be something that featured…

  • Somebunny Loves You (also known as February’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR drop)

Say hello to February’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR release: Love Bunnies. They are sweet (and oh-so-soft) fleece plushies for your hugging and squeezing pleasure. Show somebunny that you love them with the sweetest little buns in grey, white, or dark brown. February 12th marked two very important things. So in honor of all things love (like Taylor Swift herself, Swelce, and Valentine’s Day), may I present to you February’s item: LOVE BUNNIES. I originally made these sweet buns for my girls last year around the holidays because I wanted to try my hand at sewing plushies. The girls adored them,…

  • From killer romances to billionaires next door, here are all the books I read in January

From killer romances to billionaires next door, I managed to read a grand total of 12 books in January. Some were good and some … weren’t. Read on to find out which books were my favorite and which books I didn’t quite love. Every year I set a goal for the number of books I want to read and then promptly forget about it halfway through the year. Last year, I didn’t even remember setting a goal to read 26 books. Thankfully, I discovered a love for listening to audiobooks while creating and ended up binge-listening to 38 books between…

  • Lemon Blueberry Muffins

With the perfect combination of tart and sweet, these Lemon Blueberry Muffins are the perfect thing to make when you’re craving something sweet but not too sweet. If you ask my kids what their favorite thing to make in the kitchen together, the answer would hands down be muffins. And if you asked them what their favorite muffins to make are, they would shout very confidently, LEMON BLUEBERRY MUFFINS. The Big Kid is absolutely obsessed with all things lemon. (Lemon chicken, lemon crinkle cookies, lemon blueberry scones, green tea lemonade…) The Little Kid pretty much loves whatever her sister loves…

  • Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These easy homemade chocolate covered peanut butter protein bites are made with 5 simple ingredients and taste absolutely decadent. // I’ve been on the hunt for easy (and somewhat healthy) snacks as of late, needing quick little pick-me-up’s to get me through the day. Most days, I’ll reach for cut veggies like bell peppers or pop in a few cherry tomatoes whenever I walk by the bowl on my counter. But some days, a girl just wants some chocolate and peanut butter yumminess. I’ve also had a can of collagen peptides sitting in my pantry waiting to be used up,…

  • My Favorite Books of 2023

I feel like I go in spurts with reading. Some months I want nothing to do with reading and will binge Netflix like there’s no tomorrow. And other months I’ll plow through 4-5 books a week. Lately, I’ve been in a binge reading (and listening) phase, as I love listening to books while I’m drawing or doing embroidery. I had made a goal to read 36 books last year and ended up hitting that number around November. So I upped it to 52 books, figuring I had nothing to lose, and was pleasantly surprised when I ended up reading (and…

  • TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR

With my kids getting older and my youngest getting more independent, I have more time in my days to devote to creative exploration. I’ve been throwing around ideas for what to do with all that newfound free time and wanted to do something special in 2024.  Problem is, I could never come up with ONE BIG THING that I wanted to focus my time on. Instead, I came up with a million and one little things — things that I have always wanted to explore, old things that I want to return to, and stockpiles of supplies and artwork that I…
