Another one of my crazy ideas. And this time, it’s all about you.

The $2 Shop

I hinted at this last week and have literally been vacillating between excitement and nausea in anticipation of sharing what I’ve been working on. So … here goes! Another idea to come about from my meditation last week was to launch an entire shop filled with hyper focused recipe collections that are easy to digest and use, alongside worksheets and guides to help feed the rest of you. And while that may not sound super exciting, this next part certainly will. Everything in the shop will be $2. No, that’s not a typo. There aren’t any additional numbers or zeros that are supposed to appear next to that 2. Every...

1/100: I may have lost my mind.

You’re probably going to think I’m crazy. I kind of think I’m crazy. (We both know that never seemed to stop me in the past.) I’m committing to blogging for 100 consecutive days. Yep. 100 blog posts in 100 days. It doesn’t matter how I feel, when it happens, or if it’s any good. The entire point is to simply create and put myself out there. In my hay day of blogging, I was creating new content (and recipes, no less) 5 days per week. That’s a LOT of writing. Interestingly, the more I did it, the more I wanted to do it and the more ideas I had. It...

FEAST (your eyes on this beauty of a cookbook)!

FEAST: 24 delicious nightshade-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free recipes to feast on for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. In all my years of blogging, there has been one request that I’ve ignored, brushed aside, and politely declined to do. Creating a cookbook. I’m not sure what it is about the request that sends me running in the opposite direction. Perhaps it’s the amount of work I see piling up in front of me… The recipe development and testing. The photographing and rephotographing everything. The compiling, writing, and editing that it entails. Or perhaps I am afraid that after all of that hard work, no one would be interested. Regardless...

Announcing the #30daysofjournaling challenge!

#30daysofjournaling challenge

#30DAYSOFJOURNALING I was so inspired by the emails and comments I received on last week’s post, that I decided to create a 30-day journaling challenge. This has been such a powerful tool for change in my life, that I want to make it as easy as humanly possible for you to get started as well. And with daily writing prompts being sent, all you have to do is show up and do the work. Here’s how it will work: Add your name and email to the sign up form below. Pick something to write in for the next 30 days. Writing prompts will be emailed at 7:00 AM ET daily,...

The time has come…

Back to work

(Image via) …to get back to doing the things I love most. SO. I’m starting to dip my toes in the water of being a working mom with theย food sensitivity testing. I am officially back on the schedule at Wellspring Whole Health and will have up toย 4 appointments each week. Two slots available on Wednesday evenings (a 5pm and a 6:30pm) and two on Saturday mornings (9am and 10:30am). There are three ways to get scheduled: You can book online by clicking here. You can also schedule by phone: (412) 321-3231 And, if youโ€™re not 100% sure what any of this is, or have a few questions to ask before...
