I know it’s been a while since I’ve written. And there have been a few reasons for my absence, including a new project I’ve been working on and putting a lot of my energy (and free time) into.
What is it, you ask?
A podcast. That’s what.
For the past two years, I’ve talked about starting one. I even went so far as to buy a professional microphone last year because I told myself IT. WAS. TIME. And then promptly let it collect dust on the bookshelf in my office.
Turns out, I just needed to find the right co-host.
I’m excited to be partnering on this journey with friend and fellow health enthusiast, Betsy Brockett. Betsy is a blogger, creator, and cancer thriver and is someone that I truly enjoy speaking with and learning from.
Our podcast, Nourish + Flourish, is about navigating the often difficult terrain of finding what nourishes you — mind, body, and soul — so that you can flourish.
The first 3 episodes are already live and touch on who we are and why we are doing this, the power of daily routines, and movement versus exercise. Upcoming episodes will focus on the importance of sleep, an introduction to tarot, books that have changed our lives, and the power of curiosity.
And that’s just the beginning!
Our goal is for this to be a space to explore all of the nuances surrounding health and wellness and have deeper conversations about those topics.
If this is a topic that you’re interested in (and you love podcasts), I’d be ever so grateful if you could head on over to iTunes and take a listen. Subscribing would be amazing. And if you feel compelled to tell other people about it … that would seriously be the best thing ever.

If podcasts aren’t your thing, that’s totally cool. I’d be equally as grateful for some positive vibes being sent our way for the big launch.
PS—I’m going to be transitioning this space away from recipes and moving forward in a new direction. I’ll be sharing more about that soon!
