4 Ingredient Green Smoothie

Can 4 ingredients really make you feel … virtuous?

If those 4 ingredients happen to be pineapple, banana, baby spinach, and unsweetened almond milk, then the answer is a resounding YES.

Virtuous because of how freakin’ green and healthy it looks.

Virtuous because you know you’re getting at least one serving of vegetables in your body without having to whine or complain about it.

Virtuous because everyone around you is going to be wondering how you manage to get your kids to eat something that looks like that.

It’s also possible that those same 4 ingredients will cause you to feel SMUG, because that shit is delicious and warrants several pats on the back in recognition for what you’ve created.

(Oh, and it may also cause your children to say, “Mama, take picture. I hold smoothie.” Because that’s straight up what The Babe said to me this morning as I was trying to document this beaut.)

Allergen Information

Nightshade free, dairy free, wheat free, gluten free, corn free, soy free, and egg free.

Note: I always stack fresh ingredients first, followed by frozen, spinach on top, and then pour the milk in. Otherwise, the frozen items tend to get stuck on the bottom and the smoothie ends up on the chunkier side.
