Flourless Blondies a la Ambitious Kitchen

Flourless Chickpea Blondies

Flourless Chickpea Blondies

I’m just gonna go ahead and say it.

These blondies are freakin’ amazing.

There is no need to beat around the bush or to build them up and taunt you.

Flourless Chickpea Blondies | Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nightshade Free

Simply put, these are the best “healthy” dessert I’ve had in a really long time. Better than the flourless brownies. Better than the chocamole (and y’all know how I feel about that).

I’ve already made 2 batches. In 4 days.

And The Hubster (who hates chocolate) finds them to be as irresistible as I do.

Just do yourself a favor and make sure to always keep the ingredients on hand.

I plan to. Because I also plan to bring these to any event that requires food.

  1. Reply Can you use honey in place of the maple syrup?
    1. Reply I don't see why not. It may have a stronger flavor than the maple syrup, but I'd think it would still be delicious.
  2. Reply Hi! What are the calories per serving?
    1. Reply That's not something that I pay attention to, but you could certainly plug it into a recipe calculator yourself. One that's been recommended from other readers is the Recipe Nutrition Calculator over on SparkPeople.
  3. Reply Looks good , Emily. I'm assuming that you rinse and drain the chickpeas first?
    1. Reply Yes! I double checked that it was mentioned in the recipe, and saw that it was in the ingredient section. Hope they turned out wonderfully!
  4. Reply Have you ever used chickpea flour?
    1. Reply Do you mean in place of the actual chickpeas? I would think that you'd have to do a lot of tweaking to get the right texture. May be worth searching Pinterest to see if someone else has given it a go!
  5. Reply I make these all the time - so good! Just wanted to share that they're also very good with some cocoa powder added :)
