Pineapple, Orange, and Mango Smoothie


I half expected that smoothies would have faded out of my life by now. But the truth is, they haven’t. It almost feels like the obsession has only gotten deeper.

I have a different smoothie combination penciled in for each day of the week on our weekly menu plan. I’ve been taking obsessive notes about what has been going into each smoothie, and how much, so that I can come back here and share those things with you.

I’ve even gone through my Instagram feed and looked over what smoothie combinations got the most interest so that I could recreate my haphazard throwing of fruit in the cup.

And even though I’m fairly certain that I say this about every single smoothie I make, The Babe had a realllllly hard time waiting for me to finish taking pictures of this one because she was READY to get it in her belly.

Toddlers, man.

They have zero patience for pictures. (Or anything else for that matter.)



Pineapple, Orange, and Mango Smoothie

Enjoy this deliciously sweet treat that packs an immune boosting punch whenever you're needing a pick-me-up. Or breakfast. Or a snack. (You get the idea.)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 navel orange peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs chia seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times to break up the banana chunks.
  2. Pulse on high for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
  3. Drink up, yo.
