Soy Free Recipes

Soy is a common allergy culprit, and can cause a host of problems in the body (hormone disruption, inflammation) for those that are sensitive to it.

It is also a staple in most vegetarian and vegan diets.

Foods that contain soy include edamame, miso, natto, soy milk, soy sauce, shoyu, tamari, tempeh, textured vegetable protein (TVP), tofu, and vegetable oil. Soy is also common found in most processed foods and fast foods.
