My diet was forced to change due to food allergies and intolerances shortly before I began working with Emily. She was very helpful to me with regards to that because she has some similar issues with food.
I enjoyed Emily’s cheerful disposition. I have a tendency to be hard on myself and as soon as I’d start, she’d turn me around right away. As a result of our sessions, I feel more accepting of myself now.

Working with a coach like Emily was a new experience. I was surprised that I was able to talk to a complete stranger for 45 minutes and feel comfortable. It was enlightening and our sessions allowed me to identify my strengths and weaknesses.
Organization has always been my weakness. I have gotten much better, and, as a result of our sessions I am making short and long term plans. Crossing one off as done is a major achievement! Emily has this calming voice which also gives one the sensation that “I can do anything by making the first step.”
I also have insomnia, and have accepted this as normal. Through our conversations I have incorporated meditation as part of my daily practice. It helps me to sleep better and be less stressed during the day. I am planning my days and making sure that I have accomplished most of what I set out to do.
