I committed to meditating daily, and participated in a virtual book club discussion about Phillip Moffitt’s book, “Dancing with Life: Buddhist Insights for Finding Meaning and Joy in the Face of Suffering.” While I enjoyed the reading and the discussion that followed, I found the daily meditation practice to be life changing.
