Erin’s Story

Erin Szymanski of Glitter and Grit Bridal Boutique

I met Erin close to two years ago, while wearing my Propelle hat. Since that initial meeting, Erin and I have had the opportunity to work together for a variety of reasons, including the food sensitivity testing. I must say that in addition to watching her build her business, this has been my favorite adventure of hers to witness. One that I am proud to have played a role. I asked Erin if she would share a sentence or two about her experience with the food testing. Instead, she sent back the following piece with a little disclaimer: “I don’t know how to be brief. Fetaured Blog: Lexie’s Kitchen

Lexie's Kitchen & Living

In putting together resources for avoiding corn and eggs, I came across a fantastic website. In fact, I came across a lot of fantastic websites for food allergies and sensitivities. Instead of hoarding them all for myself (which I had seriously contemplated), I thought it would be fun to share them with you. The first on my list to share is Lexie’s Kitchen & Living. Two slots available on Wednesday evenings (a 5pm and a 6:30pm) and two on Saturday mornings (9am and 10:30am). There are three ways to get scheduled: You can book online by clicking here. You can also schedule by phone: (412) 321-3231 And, if you’re not 100% sure what any of this is, or have a few questions to ask before...

The end is near…

In less than 4 weeks… That little baby that’s been growing on the inside will be making her way into this world. (It’s a bit surreal to type that.) April 27th has always seemed so far away. And now? It’s a mere 25 days away. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?! In any case, the point here is to remind you one final time that I am wrapping up all food sensitivity testing on April 11th. That means you have precisely 3 chances to get on the schedule. After that, you’re going to have to wait until July, when I return from maternity leave. Please don’t wait until the last minute to...
