Today was filled with journaling, meditation, self-reflection, and a little (okay, a lot of) crying. I committed to meditating daily, and participated in a virtual book club discussion about Phillip Moffitt’s book, “Dancing with Life: Buddhist Insights for Finding Meaning and Joy in the Face of Suffering.” While I enjoyed the reading and the discussion that followed, I found the daily meditation practice to be life changing.
