Something big is shifting.

After yesterday’s post, I have been feeling all sorts of inspired.

Inspired to learn and take in new information and ideas.

Inspired to dig deeper and see what’s underlying my own fears and limitations.

Inspired to clear out the muck so that I can pave the way for new ways of being.

Feeling that inspirational itch, I spent some time yesterday looking into blogs that are more in line with my interests. I want to know what makes for a popular blog. I want to see what they’re doing — how they write, how they structure their posts, the kinds of images they use, their particular branding, the typeface of their blog. I also want to know how they make their money. Is it through advertising and brand sponsorship? Do they sell products and services? OR, is this a side project and they make all of their money through another business altogether? 

I’m pretty excited to have found a few sites through that search that encapsulate what I want to do.

As for the mindset piece, I spent some time today journaling (!!) and made a list of all the reasons why I can’t become a millionaire and why I can’t grow my own following online. It ended up being 4+ pages long. That’s a LOT of limiting beliefs and a LOT of self-doubt and negative chatter happening right there. And that’s just what was on the surface. I’m sure there’s plenty more that I’m not even aware of.

Talk about a powerful exercise.

With all of that negativity and doubt swirling around, I thought it would be a good time to do some tapping to help release it for good. I found a great video from Brad Yates called Stop Stopping Yourself and it was THE perfect release.

All in all, it’s been a FUN 24 hours. (I really mean that!)

Excited to see what tomorrow holds.
