I know I have a slight obsession with smoothies and post an inordinate amount of photos of them on my Instagram account. So know that I do not say this lightly: this is the most incredible smoothie I’ve ever made.
The first sip I ever took was pure bliss.
The first sip The Babe took, she closed her eyes tightly and muttered something that resembled OMFGTHISISGOOD. (Okay, she actually just said MMM but her eyes were closed tightly while doing it.)
The Husband took a sip and gave me The Look. The one that says, damn girl. If I liked smoothies, I’d like that one.
I know I’m building this up. And I know that can leave the door open for a whole lot of “I mean, it’s good. But it’s not that good.” But here’s the thing. I’m willing to take that risk BECAUSE IT’S THAT GOOD.
(Sorry, I didn’t mean to get all shouty.)
Here’s the thing, though. You cannot make this without the Silk Dark Chocolate Almondmilk. You just can’t.
Okay. Technically, you could.
And it would be good. Chocolate peanut butter smoothies made with regular almond milk and cocoa powder are decent. But they will PALE in comparison to the one you make with the dark chocolate almond milk.
